Product descriptions, images and prices are presented in good faith and are shown in INR (₹). Colours may vary slightly from photography due to display settings, and availability of any style is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Order acceptance, dispatch timelines and delivery charges — including complimentary shipping on orders above ₹4,999 — are described in full on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in line with our returns policy. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method as described on our Shipping & Returns page.

All content on this site — including designs, photography, text and the ÉLARA FASHION name and marks — is the property of the brand and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The site and its contents are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

ÉLARA FASHION is a portfolio/demonstration storefront built to showcase design and engineering work. No real payments are processed, no real orders are fulfilled, and no personal data submitted through this site (sign-up, checkout, or the contact form) is stored or shared. All commerce functionality is simulated for illustration only.
